I seriously said four time i need a greay bumper cover. They had it listed as grey online too. They sent me pictures of it to my cell phone and i said ok looks like the correct one.

It arrives, its labeled greay but its clearly Silver.

i first call and ask for a 50$ refund to cover paint. They completely refuse then blame it all on me ! Then said id have to pay the 100$ to ship it back if i want my 130$ refund which was minus the first 100$ i already paid for shipping.

IN the end. DISPUTE IT THROUGH VISA AND GOT FULL REFUND RIGHT AWAY AND THEY LOST OUT AND DISERVINGLY SO .

HORRIBLE BUSINESS TO BLAME THE CUSTOMER!!

It is time to share my horrible experience with New Solo Corporation.I was looking for used bumper online for Lexus IS 250 2008 on car-part.com and found New Solo Corporation were selling it for $125.It was used and I was happy to purchase it because didn't want to buy a brand new after market one and preferred to get the original.

The bumper arrived and I brought it to the body shop and painted it but they try to install it but it did not fit.I could not believe it and they pulled me downstairs to the body shop to show me why it doest not match.

One of the owners of the body shop sat down with me on the computer and started looking for all the bumpers that exist on the market for Lexus IS 250 2006-2010 which match my Lexus.After 1 hour of searching we didn't find any difference and we checked the number on the bumper Joel sold me and we called Lexus dealership.

Unfortunately the news was not pleasant.The bumper I was sold by New Solo Corporation was imported after being used from Korea and did not fit any Lexus IS that was made in Japan and sold on the USA market!

I called Joel right away and ask to get my money back because he costed me $750($125 for the bumper,$125 for the shipping from Texas to Boston and $500 for the body shop).He said he can not give me any money back and he can not send me a new bumper that will fit my car and I have to pay for it!He also lied to me he did not know the bumper was imported from Korea but how come you run a business and you don't know where you order your inventory from?

At the end he accused me of lying to him and I asked Fabio(one of the owners of the body shop to speak with Joel and explain what I had to go through until we figure out what was wrong with the bumper.Joel just hanged up on us and never picked up the phone the same day.I called ten times after that and took a picture which I will upload in every single social media that New Solo Corporation has an account and also the picture of the email I sent them and they never emaild back!

I just want to protect every single person who is trying to do business with this company to be very careful what they order.I will inform car-part.com that Joel sells parts on the USA market that don't fit the standarts and inform BBB as well because he obviously does not realize screwing people around is not the way to grow business!
