I moved from Austin - New York and incurred over $10,000 of losses and damages which they are refusing to pay. They offered me $128 for my claim. I paid for packing service, moving, plus auto transportation. The only thing that was completed successfully was the auto transportation and that is because the person who picked up my car is the same person who dropped it off. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. I am still fighting my claim. I won't give up.

Glad I found Eco Movers. Got a bigger place and the wife pushed to finally bring the remaining furniture from her sisters house. She took care of the additional details, I compared quotes and read through contracts. After reserving with Eco they were attentive and made sure to setup final details with my SIL, we were delighted to hear the movers were very nice, careful and the price was the same as quoted. Great move overall.

Had to get moving quotes for my job relocation, spent a day working the phones and emails and really liked Eco's way of work. Helpful advice and a good price after a couple of days and swift price matching I called to reserve with them. Had no problem with the scheduled pickup nor with the delivery, once they told me it was loaded I was ready to board a plane to my new home.

Finally had our children in college, my husband and I decided to take a break from work at a friends rental. Glad I married a scot that really enjoys golfing, Ft. Lauderdale was the perfect spot for us last time we visited. We were never too keen on gathering a lot of stuff, instead of driving from Maryland we hired Eco, that had done Our sons' move to Austin quite without hassle and affordable. Having already the experience, we were quite relaxed regarding the packing, delivery and additional charges possible. The additional reference discount was greatly appreciated, as well as the same quality service our son and we got.

We had been looking forward to the move for quite a bit, but had to postpone a couple of times in the past year. In somewhat of a lucky stroke I had already spoken with moving companies, called in to update the information and get updated prices. We found Eco to have the best price per services provided, and finalized packing with enough time to spare for additions. We were overly stressed by the whole thing, and were quite relieved to see the movers arrive on time. All that worrying just faded away as the crew that arrived were very friendly and had the job done very fast.

A friend recently moved to Seattle with a company that was not upfront with possible charges to him. I was not about to make that mistake, nor did I have to as Lena from Eco movers proved to be more helpful than the few other representatives I spoke with. We took the shuttle delivery, and extra stairs because I couldn't confirm at the time that it wouldn't be needed. No surprises on the day of the move, price was perfect and delivery was well coordinated.

I rarely post reviews/comments online, but after the whole ordeal of moving cross country with Eco I felt inclined. Figuring out the quotes was particularly easy thanks to Sonya, and the actual move was particularly painless due to the thorough preparation she conveyed.

"One of the top retirement towns in the country". That's what we were told by friends before moving in, it certainly was worth the escape from Florida and the hassle of finding a mover that could promise a affordable delivery window to Bellingham. We probably halved our house hold goods to keep things in budget and to be able to afford the drive up there while sight-seeing. Eco's guys came early to pack our delicates, loaded up and were on the way before noon. We would call every few days to check up the status of the truck, and it all aligned perfectly a day after arriving.

I had collected a rather lot of things for my mom in the past years, and she finally accepted to pay for the delivery. As it was, a moving company was the best way to go. Because it was going to be delivered to the middle of nowhere Kansas we were prepared to wait it out as long as things got there safely. Julian at Eco was very keen on knowing that things were properly packed, and helped us decide to which items to add additional packing. We were all very glad to see everything arrive safely

Was sending over some antique furniture to my daughter in lower Manhattan. Thankfully she told me what to expect when planning it. I called only a couple of companies to begin with, the last one I called was Eco, and Julian was the only one to tell me upfront about the shuttle required for Manhattan moves and flights of stairs. It felt like the other companies didn't want me to find this information out until it came time to pay. I was properly pleased to see the movers work professionally and to hear things went smoothly on the delivery despite a delay because of weather.

If I could put 0 stars I would. Unfortunately, Eco Movers turned out to be the worst company that I could have chosen. Please PLEASE..PLEASE do not use this company. It's a huge money pit. They held my items hostage by not delivering my things till 21 days later (this is in the contract in small print that you sign that they have up to 21 days) even though when hiring them for service they are very nice and ask what day you would like for delivery they don't abide by that DATE. They also managed to charge $2500 more in addition to the original agreed quote once they come to get your stuff. I had to plead and call them every day asking..begging for my things. When they finally showed up they asked for more money from me and they forged added items to my contract that was signed previously which did not match my copy of the contract that was originally signed then proceeded to ask for cash only. When I called customer service to dispute this with the manager he said "You don't have a choice really do you? If you want your things." I BEG YOU PLEASE DON'T GO WITH ECO MOVERS IN ANY LOCATION. THEY HAVE SEVERAL LOCATIONS IN WHICH THEY OUT SOURCE TO PEOPLE THAT ARE NOT CERTIFIED MOVERS TO SAVE ON COST. THIS IS VERY DANGEROUS BECAUSE THEY CAN'T BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR THINGS.

A short business adventure later and I moved back to Texas, to try again with a market I know better. I called a few companies, did the process and booked with Eco after a couple of rounds of price matching. A good price backed by a solid contract and movers who did the job expertly.

Just about to leave the country for a year, I decide to ship my things back home to Sioux Falls. I didn't want my folks to do any of the heavy lifting, so I went with a moving service instead of renting a pod or storage unit. Imagine my surprise to hear everything arrived safely and before the estimated time.

Seeking new opportunities, moved out from Oklahoma to Roanoke. Had gotten a lot of quotes for the move and chose Eco due to Jay's comprehensive care and hard work on comparing quotes. When all was set and done, I called to thank for the service, pickup and delivery went great.

Between jobs decided to help out my pop with his business, it was just some boxes and exercise equipment. Was very worried that it would break as I've heard horrible stories from friends after moving. Eco were the only ones that really went the effort to prepare me for my move and thus got my business, estimate was accurate and everything was in order.

The plan was to wait till spring to move to Richmond, but the company asked me nicely as well as paid for the move. Wasn't easy nor fun comparing quotes until I found Eco, Laura had given me a great price and offered to compare for me quotes & contracts. She gave me a detailed rundown and comparison between them. Her hard work paid off as they matched prices and had no problems with the move.

Taking a sabbatical to reduce stress and think things through, took up at a friends house in Monterey. I took my bed, lazy boy, golf clubs and some boxes. Eco had a good price that they gladly pricematched to a better quote. Even better they called to see if I could do the pick up early as they could accommodate my move in a truck that was heading to Cali. Was very happy to see everything arrive just the same.

Having done a few moves with the Air Force, I knew what to ask and how to feel out a company before booking. Price wasn't an issue but rather attention to detail, this I got from Sonya at Eco, she made sure of our preparedness for the move. Crew came in on time despite a few hiccups on my side, packed some of the items professionally and were loaded in no time. After my new home was ready delivery was faster than estimated and all my items were unharmed.

It had been a dream to finish my post-doc in Dartmouth my husband knows how unfun it can be to move and had put money aside to do the full service packing. We got a great price from Eco, Sonya was extremely helpful and thorough. The movers came in early had us packed in a few hours, very kind and professional. Delivery was even moved ahead of schedule, and although we weren't quite ready for it we agreed. Much better than waiting another week or so for our delivery.
