If you have 5 hours out of your day to see a doctor this place is great. Unfortunately waiting 3 hours before you even SEE a doctor is ridiculous and I'm never coming back here again. Such a waste of time!

When we went for the first time in June 2014, I would've said that it was terrible and would've given them 1 star with a long wait time of 2 hours; but now the wait time is usually fairly reasonable now it just depends on the time and day that you go there. They have been very good with follow-up calls as well unlike before. Most of the front desk staff are nice and the Viviane Martens, NP is fantastic because she is very thorough, patient and very nice. I give her 5 stars!

I walk in with my daughter, walk up to the window first off the girl didn't even look up to say hello didn't even make eye contact with me. I asked nicely if she needed my ins. card she said in a very rude manner I will let you know through this whole time the window was not open all the way there was literally a slit open. My question " why do yall have rude front desk staff that do not even greet the patients!!!! Note to self change provider!

Takes two or three phone calls to get an appointment no one will call you back expect to be on hold for 15 to 20 minutes always out of office or no one available can't get an appointment Botox is deluded should last six months only last 3 1/2 months would not recommend this clinic to anyone
