REALLY BAD SERVICE

We are from out of town, and on Saturday afternoon, our truck had a hose fall off. We turned into the Firestone COMPLETE SERVICE. The man who waitied on us was an old grump, who didn't want to be there or help us out. All he wanted to do is argue and send us somewhere else. We would have paid $100 just to get the help we needed. It wouldn't have taken 10 minutes to put a hose back on.

The old man needs to retire or stick him somewhere else besides talking to customers!
