Customer service was OK. Got help when I needed it. Returned item was handled well. Their selection of "work" footwear compared to "dress" footwear was good. Size selection was not great, but they can get most anything shipped from their warehouse. I was pleased with my selections and will come back again.

Terrible customer service - the saleperson actually called me "stupid" for disagreeing with the amount I was credited for a return. I was disappointed by the selection to begin with but bought something thinking I might end up liking it - I didn't and was insulted when I returned it. I will not return to this store and will not recommend anyone shopping here in the future. If you do decide to go to this store, be prepared to receive no service while shopping and even less at checkout and/or return. Shop at your own risk!
