I've used many services but this company understands what customer service actually means. There technician JOE was courteous and polite explained every step and why Thank you thank you. My wife and I would recommend these guys any time.

Provided by YP.comWhen I moved in my house there were ants, and other pests already living here. I have two young children and I wanted the pests to be gone. So I called them. The guy came out and told me how much it would cost me to get rid of them. They offered me a payment plan to pay every 3 months.He told me that if I was not 100% satisfied after 6 months I could cancel my account and he would refund everything that I had already paid. But the first payment was double what the others were. I am on public assistance and was not able to pay that that day. I borrowed the money from my dad and called them to come out. They did the initial service and the next month I still had the ants and pests. So they came back out. The next month the same thing. One the second month I had informed them that I thought that I had a rodent in my attic they said there was nothing they could do about that. On the third month I was ready to pay my first bill and instead I got a letter from them saying that they were canceling my contract. I called them and they said that they were no longer servicing this area. I requested my refund and the lady in the office said that she would get back with me. After two weeks passed I called them back and she said again that she would get back to me. I have not heard anything from them and they did not respond to my e-mails and are not answering my calls anymore. This has been about 9 months now. I have since found someone else who has taken care of even the rodent for me and he charges me only $20.00 every three months. So beware of this company. They have a great story, however their product DOES NOT work and they DO NOT honor their 100% Guarantee. Yes you read right after all of this I was left with the ants, pests, and the rodent. and no refund.
This customer was with us from 5/07-8/07. At the time she wanted an annual service, then changed to a 90 day program at the inital visit. After several visits to take care of her pest issues, she claimed a rodent was under the home. After several attempts, no evidence was found. In July 2007, our service area was consolidated as a result of rising gas prices. After fulfilling her inital 90 days, letter was sent to her that we were no longer serving the Lakeland area.
