My uncle has bought many Jewelry in the store. There is amount of respect you get deserve as being a customer. The reason for writing the review on a horrible note is the fact how can you tell my Aunt who paid in catch in front of the owner showing she has not problem paying upfront. Along with that a young store clerk completely was out of line telling my Aunt she not able to afford Items on display. Mind you the young woman has not idea how much money my Aunt has or my Uncle. In retail you should never turn away a customer. Scott the owner told my Aunt and Uncle to his face as they asked for estimate on jewelry he told them it going to cost you money like they are not able to by the item they wanted to see. That is rude and completely disrespectful. So my Aunt bought my uncle a Movado Bold a very beautiful and most favored watch in my uncle eyes. Now after all the disrespect from the owner to my aunt how could you tell my aunt they should would not have the money. So she bought it anyway for my uncle as a gift. After while for having the watch a scratch was on the crystal on the face of the watch and well since they are movado retailers he should be able to send it out to the company to get a new crystal. So she asked them to sent out the watch. She left the watch in there care and waited for a call back from them as she gave them my uncle business card so he could get a call back on when the watch is fixed and ready for pick up. It took about a week for them to explain that they can not send it out. I work in retail i instantly get a answer not tell a customer i can take the watch and send it then week later tell them i cant. That unprofessional and not way to handle business with customer.
