Unprofessional technicians and salespeople at Dr. Eyal Levit's office lasered my friend's face without any precaution or doing any spot checks (only after her insistence, but didn't wait more than a few minutes - instead of weeks - to go ahead). She was treated for a medical condition on her face: Rosacea. Dr. lied about their license. Dr. neither supervised nor advised how to proceed with procedure. Dr. lied about how many types of laser he has. Only one kind of laser is used in Dr.'s office to treat everything from tattoo removal to medical conditions such as rosacea etc. My friend's face resembled a burn victim for three months. In addition, she was left with 2 permanent fiery-red blotches on her face (will provide pictures and phone number of friend to interview). Dr. refuses to take responsibility and own up to it. Those 2 unqualified technicians/consultants/salespeople are still employed by Dr. Levit. LARRY SWEAZY (THE PERSON WHO DID THE ACTUAL LASERING - ://www.linkedin.com/pub/larry-sweazy/13/549/667) IS NEITHER A LICENSED ESTHETICIAN, APPEARANCE ENHANCER, NOR COSMETOLOGIST; NOR IS GINA MOLINARI (WHO CALLED THE SHOTS IN THE TREATMENT ROOM - ://www.linkedin.com/pub/gina-molinari/14/98b/224). The Dr. lied and said both are licensed. (I searched the NYS website) (now Gina claims that they're only required to have a certificate, something they never showed, either). And even if they did, it's still illegal. It's supposed to be done by "a physician, or a nurse practitioner supervised by a physician", not "a technician in the office of a physician" "* Decision Regarding Laser Devices/ Appearance Enhancement Licensees ALBANY, N.Y. (January 28, 2010) The Department issued a decision regarding the use of laser devices by appearance enhancement licensees. This decision held that laser and non-ablative radio-frequency procedures, including Thermage, are the practice of medicine and beyond the scope of practice for appearance enhancement licensees." ://www.dos.ny.gov/licensing/news.html ://docs.dos.ny.gov/ooah/decisions/Appearance_enhancement/2010/Padolfo_Aurora.htm

Venus freeze & Cool Sculpting

I was always uncomfortable with my arms and was looking for a non invasive procedure to get rid of unwanted fat from my arms, that I wasn't able to get rid of with working out. When I came to Eyal Levit he examined me and gave me his honest opinion with what procedure I have to do to get wanted results. He performed two procedures on my arms which were Venus freeze and Cool Sculpting. Both procedures were painless and didn't take much time out of my day. I am extremely happy with my results the fat was frozen away with the Cool Sculpting, where I saw results within a week and to boost the results he performed the Venus Freeze procedure where the machine by using heat tightened my skin, made it more even and took away any fat that was there. I would recommend these procedures to anyone who wants non invasive treatments and they could rely on Doctor Levit to be honest and perform the procedures with real effective results, the procedure was worth the money spent and most importantly you will be happy with the results. Doctor Levit is one of the best doctors in his field and is extremely knowledgable in everything that he does.
