I called to track my order and I was on hold for about 15 minutes , these people have NO care in the world . Soooo unprofessional .. If you're going to work do your job right ! I can't believe the lack of customer service. Andddd I'm still on hold

I sent a package to my daughter and it was sent out on Nov 15,2010. A week later calling and speaking to miss Canada a feww times a week and told me the package was not there or received. I drove from west Virginia went to the Post office and the pacage was there since Nov 18,2010. A short spanish worker on the window that day just went to the back not even a minute and came with tha package. She did'nt bother to look. I thank the middle age worker for finding it.. But I feel I had to drive to NY to get the package to my daughter. No wonder the post offices and going down with there services.

The mail man or lady is constantly delivering my mail to the wrong mailbox, and my address and apt is currently on the mail
