I started here with Dr. Listwa, who was absolutely fantastic. After his retirement, I saw Dr Linn, who I honestly am not thrilled with--bedside manner is non-existant. I then saw Dr. Hanes who was absolutely wonderful, and I would never hesitate to have him again. I have been seeing Dr. Freeman for many years now, simply because as I am aging, I wanted a female who I felt could connect a bit better with my situation. She's always been great, really listens to any concerns, and has been very thorough with all explanations and treatment options. Their offices are a bit dated, but I am very comfortable with Dr. Freeman and the staff.

I see Dr. Hanes and love it here. I do not like the other two physicians so he is my preferred doctor and the only one I will see. He sits down and listens, values my opinion as a mother, and takes time to answer ever question even though he is extremely busy. I will say that if he were not at this practice I would be finding another one. But it is well worth it going there to see him.

I had a scheduled appointment with Dr Freeman. I arrived 10 minutes early, checked in, updated information and paid copayment. After sitting for 90 minutes after my scheduled time , I went to the receptionist to inquire about the delay. She told me If I didn't want to wait I can reschedule. I told her I didn't ask about rescheduling I asked why am I'm still sitting in the waiting room. She just stared at me as if she didn't understand the question or English. Needless to say, I told her to refund my copay back to my debit card and I walked out. Dr Freeman and the medical assistance there lack professionalism and I plan to send letter to CEO. This is the worst gyn i have ever been too. Dr Linn is the worst doctor I have ever met with and did not care about my well being or my child's. Same with the nurse who is nasty and a complete liar. I would run if you are considering going here. I had a miscarriage because of them. Find a place that actually cares about your health, privacy and well being.
