I have gone into this store on two occasions, very nice staff, but they are very picky with the jewelery they take in. Good for a customer, not good for someone trying to sell some jewelery though. Got pretty bad news about both my pieces not being up to their standards, and offered an insulting price to give me for them. I will never go back there again, not to BUY or SELL.

Went in to sell a bangle made of gold, silver, and copper. Had no idea how much it was worth. They did some tests and I found out that it was worth a lot more than I figured. They were very professional, honest, and fair. I was extremely satisfied by their overall service. The staff is very friendly, and they were even handing out bottles of water for those who had been waiting. Highly recommend for anyone who wishes to sell something.

They have a huge selection of different jewelry; it's not like the retail chains, where everything looks the same. Their prices are amazing and they pay more on jewelry than anyone I've sold to. Glad I stopped by here!

I have done business with Rocky Mountain several times. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful. Tess treats everyone like friends and the girls on staff are great too. And they really do pay top dollar on jewelry; they look at stones as well as the gold. They have a bigger selection of jewelry than anyone other store I've seen in town, and the prices are really reasonable. I can't believe I used to pay so much for jewelry! I'm glad I discovered this gem, and I doubt I'll ever go anywhere else.The right number is 884-5964!
