Provided by YP.comI had a referral from my new doctor. Instead of asking me to fill out a case history, or for more information, these doctors chose to look at a limited file. With this limited information, they chose to deny me an office visit. I have an auto-immune disease which goes hand in hand with rheumatoid arthritis.
