Having trouble with airlift system which stabilizes our 40 ft 5th wheel while hauling. Made appointment for repair, employee (David) spent time tracking down several problems and made suggestions to prevent failure in the future. The parts required were ordered and a phone call from Leslie the next day had our follow up appointment made. She told us how long it was to take to repair/replace parts and the cost. Impressed with their professionalism and willingness to help someone from out of town.

BROUGHT MY NEW 2014 JEEP WRANGER TO THEM AND THEY DID BUMPERS, WINCH, 4" LIFT, WHEELS AND TIRES, PLUS BACK UP CAMERA. IT WAS ALL PERFECT AND THE PRICE WAS LESS THAN THE OTHER TWO PLACES I CHECKED AND FASTER.

We started out at a different shop where we encountered a horrible experience looking to get leather installed, so we contacted the dealership we bought the car from and asked if they had any recommendations. They recommended Accessories Unlimited for us to go in and look at since that is who they use. This place is in an industrial area, so I never realized that they were over there off of Candelaria (near I25). When we first walked in I was amazed by all the different things they do. This is a place you could get in trouble spending lots of money customizing. We were greeted by the sweetest black lab and one of there sales people. They had lots of examples of leather and were very helpful in helping us decide what to get on our new truck. We picked out the leather we wanted, and were told it would take about a week to get in and they would call us. We left happy, and in 6 days we heard that the leather was in. They got us scheduled two days after it came in. Our truck went in this Monday, we picked it up Tuesday and all I have to say is WOW! It looks just like it came like this from the factory. You would seriously have no idea that this is an add on. (Now of course my wife wants her car done because it is so nice). The day we dropped off the vehicle they gave us a completion time of 2pm Tuesday, and right at two the girl in there service department called to let us know it was done. The day we dropped off I also ordered some back up sensors that will be painted to match the blue color of the truck, so when they come in I will update my review. I give them 5 stars for their customer service skills and pricing!

There isn't a remote starter designed for our vehicle, they put one in anyway. Didn't work from the get-go & they gave our vehicle back to us with a dead battery. $200 is a lot of money to us. They should of been honest up front & told us the truth. I guess they were desperate for business & didn't care.

I recently had our Suburban cloth seats changed out for Katzkin leather. When I entered the store, it was a bit slow, and I approached a gentleman who was working on a computer. He acknowledged me immediately with a firm handshake and asked if I could give him a minute to finish his work and he would help. I didn't mind at all since I was quickly entertained by Maggie, their resident Labrador who was more than happy to distract me while I waited. The gentleman on the computer turned out to be the owner, and I asked him several questions about different packages and options and he took the time to run through everything. He gave me a price that included installation so there would be no surprises, and all I had to do was select the color. A few days later I called my order in and scheduled a drop off date and also asked about getting our windows tinted. He offered me a great deal (I compared to other places) and we had everything set. I showed up almost an hour early to pick up our vehicle and it was ready. It looks fantastic and even the tint specialist said if I had any concerns to bring it back and he would take care of it (it is warrantied) immediately. The interior looks like brand new OEM leather, and it is obvious why every dealer I called said that they send their vehicles to this group, as they do a fantastic job. Pricing was fair, and while it was not cheap, you certainly get what you pay for. If I have any other needs in the future, these guys are worth the drive from Taos. I can recommend this company with confidence.

I went in here twice because I wanted key less entry and remote start for my car. The first time I spent about 15 minutes talking to a young heavyset man who seriously had his headphone in his ear and kept mumbling answers to my questions as he scrolled his cell phone. He was very unfriendly and unprofessional. He didn't seem to take me serious, and I ended up leaving. Two months later I went back because a friend had his truck lifted, and leather installed he loved this place and told me to speak to Rolando because he had good luck with him. I spent the worst 45 minutes of my life with this Rolando man. He kept taking calls on his cell phone which were business calls i think but still very RUDE! The whole time I talked with him his eyes were all over my body. He was cocky, arrogant, rude, and fake. He hit on me the whole time even at one point joking where is your husband ( I'm not married). His personality came off as the type of person who tells you what you'd like to hear even if it is ALL lies. He was beyond what movies make salesman to be which is lying, fake, cocky, and basically a complete pig. I will say a young man who also worked there asked him a question about finding something on the computer and Rolando apologized and quickly answered the guys question which was fine (and the only nice/professional I witnessed) but he never apologized for the 15 cell phone calls he picked up? He was paged twice about a phone call and a young girl came up and asked "do you want me to take a message?" He said no he'd get it and he picked it up as I sat there!!! The 45 minute interaction I had with him was probably 15 with me and 30 I sat there with him on the phone. I walked out and purchased elsewhere. The competitor was more expensive, but much more professional. My friend who originally sent me in now sends everyone he knows else where. He just bought a new truck that will not be lifted at accessories unlimited. If you do go in I hope your a man or deal with someone besides Rolando or the other man I dealt with (I didn't catch his name). I had this interaction in April 2013 with Rolando since then I've told many people not to go here. Accessories Unlimited is not somewhere I'd recommend to anyone I know because their sales team is beyond Unprofessional. RUN elsewhere!!!!

I ordered car seat covers for my Honda Civic and chose this place to do it because I saw the pictures on their website and it looked like they would do a good job. Boy, was I wrong! Took them 3 months to "get it right" but still didn't get it right. The seat covers were basically thrown on, didn't fit right and left one whole corner of the rear seat uncovered with the seat belt jammed into it! One of the front seats were not installed properly either. I was told that the installation charge would be waived before the installation but they snuck it into the bill and I was charged $160 for the sloppy installation so I went back and they only gave me half of it back for the "inconvenience". Needless to say, I will never go back to them for anything else. Their excuse, "This is like the 5th Honda Civic we've done so we didn't know how it will fit." Weird cuz when I was ordering them, they had said, "Oh this one should be easy. We've done lots of these before." This company cannot be trusted. They were even dropped by a car dealership in town as their prime tinter and accessorizer because of the bad service and rip off they received. I should have known not to come here even after I knew they did this to the car dealership, but I gave them a chance. Now I know not to give them any of my business and neither will my friends and family. Companies I recommend are The Tint and Trim Factory off Jefferson and McLeod and Lomas Glass and Tint on Lomas and Pennsylvania. Stay away from Accessories Unlimited. They claim "customer satisfaction guarantee" but that's a lie as well. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

Bought a 2013 Dodge 2500 and they installed a back up camera, floor mats, and folding toneau cover. Very professional and competitively priced. Best installers in the city.

Dsanch. when product was late from manufacturer, customer cussed a blue streak and became threating, all over a late floormat. think some anger management would be in order.

Ordered truck mats and dashcover for my truck and the owner stated that they had a 24 hour turnaround. 2 weeks later still no mats or dashcover. Went to get a refund, the owner got upset because I didn't want to pay the restocking fee and threw our receipt on the floor. Very unprofessional.

Mr. Steede was very hard on his remotes. They looked like the had been dropped repeated or abused in other ways. there is not warranty for abuse. We sold him his last two remotes at our cost.

i have been in this store several times both for myself and with girl friends. They are always coutious, friendly, helpful. they never talk down to you or make you feel like you asked a dumb question. I have a digital alarm, stereo upgrade, and vent visors. Today I got grapic on my Camery....very cool. I am thinking about a sunroof.

these guys lift my truck 6" with a skyjacker lift and replaced my wheels and tires. They did a great job. I went back for powersteps and a tonneau. this place rocks!

I spent $500 on an alarm system with remote start. Within 8 months they replaced 3 sets of remotes, because they deactivate by themselves. They wanted to get me a 4th set of remotes, after they told my they have been having problems with them (obviously). My alarm was still under it's 1 year warranty, when I was finally able to speak with a supervisor I was told that per the owner I could have the alarm replaced with a functional system at my own expense. So they expect me to pay them $120 to install another alarm system, because I guess it's my fault they sold me a junk alarm. Terrible place to do business with.

bought a 2008 dodge ram 2500. these guys tinited the windows and put in a digital alarm. great installation. returned to me clean and quickly.
