I phoned Merle's Automotive Supply to get pricing information for a car-door cylinder. Mark (the manager) gave me information that made it possible for me to not need to buy the part. He also gave me information about another business that could resolve my situation. His excellent customer service is way beyond amazing. When I asked for his supervisor to highly commend him, it was then that I learned I was talking with the manager. Lorenzo (a personal friend) had recommended Merle's Automotive Supply to me, initially. I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to do future business with this establishment. (Chase)
