They recently changed managers and or owners and the service with the new owners is horrible. What used to take 20 minutes under previous management now takes an hour. They messed with parts of the car that have nothing to do with an oil change and generally simply provided inferior service that is no where near what the previous management provided. I'll be looking for another location and would recommend that you do the same.
