I needed a car at the last minute. Called them and they pick me up at the a car dealership. The process was quick and easy. I even got a ride back to the dealership to pick up my car the next day. Great people.

Don't bother. Employees are rude and service is terrible. Be prepared to wait a long time to both get a car and to drop it back off. Double check your credit card account that you provide to them even if an insurance company is picking up the bill. The vehicle I received was in terrible condition, the brakes and seat belts did not work properly, and when I expressed that to them I was told "Oh well, I think we will be selling it now anyway so you are probably the last person that will ever rent the car". For your safety and to protect your accounts and just to plan save the hassle, go to another rental company!
