Very friendly, competent, and professional, not to mention reasonable prices. A lot cheaper for half soles and heels tips on cowboy boots. He's also a veteran, and so am I, so he definitely gets my continued business

I took in a pair of beautiful Ariat Wingtip Cowboy (girl!) boots to have a zipper put on the inside seam. (Couldn't manage to get my artificial ankle to bend steep enough to get them on) The man was super friendly, and then were done when he said they would be and they look FABULOUS! like the zipper was original equipment. I am thrilled!
