I had a really bad experience I wanted to take my niece and nephew skating who are visiting from Florida and we looked this skating rink up online. Upon arrival and receiving our skates and tokens to play games. Someone stole our tokens and when asked to speak with the manager she would not come out instead she sent someone else out that informed me that they would not give a common courtesy and replace the tokens lost. Then on top of that there was no one around to even watch the floor of the skating rink which had small children skating and being pushed down by older kids who were bouncing ball on the skating rink floor. Overall the place is unprofessional and we will not be visiting them again EVER!
