Beware! Only maked one star because at least one had to be marked to do review.

Do not use, ok while wet but when dried carpet was WORSE, then wanted to charge my 94 yr old G'ma for another service. No mention of a refund by the company, save your time & money - GO ELSEWHERE!!! I feel the company has taken advantage of us, could this be considered "Elder Abuse"
