My drain was blocked. I called the 800 number, and spoke with a nice lady. She told me someone would be here within the hour for $49.50. Less than 1 hour later Martin was off my roof, drain cleared and charged me $49.50. He deservedthe FAT TIP I gave him. Rob

I had two other plumbers try to unclog the main pipe from my bathroom... not only did they both fail, they charged $85 each. To come back, they were going to charge more because they insisted it had to be a different problem, and could not come back until after the weekend, leaving me 3 days without plumbing. I was referred by a friend to Option One. Jessie from "Option One" came on the same day, even though it was late, he arrived on time and totally took care of the problem. It has been well over a month and still no issues. The price was unbelievable at $49.50, but more importantly "Jessie" took care of the problem. It was obvious Jessie is very knowledgeable and was willing to take the time to ensure my plumbing was working. This is the kind of customer service that we all expect and deserve. I have already recommended Option One to friends & family. You are the BEST, because you have great employees, who get the job done, and affordable prices. Thank YOU.

These guys showed up on time and took care of my problems fast.They have great customer service and the best prices as well.I got estimates from other local company's and Option One Plumbing was 30% less on a few different plumbing repairs that I needed done.I would recommend them for any problem.
