The man came out and inpected my dryer vent to see if there's a clog. He told me that there was a disconnect and it would require busting up our walls to fix it. After he left, a few hours later he called me and explained that he had been thinking about my issue all day and asked if he can try something else. So he drove back to my house and ended up fixing the problem with no additional cost. I felt like he really cared about my problem. If the other workers here and anything like him then you should definitely use their service.
