Nationwide, WW is a great company with a popular program and hardworking, helpful instructors. However, all locations in this region are owned by one franchise company. As such, they have gotten comfortable to the point of acting like a monopoly. Their office personnel will not miss an opportunity of demonstrating what rude customer service should be like. I wonder if management has any clue of what is going on in the company. Based on my personal experience(s), I decided that this regional franchise is NOT going to enjoy one cent s worth of profit from my hard earned money. There are numerous other great companies and individual professionals eager to have me as a client whose programs are equally as effective.
