This place is a slum and I found the staff unfriendly, uncaring, and unhelpful. Cockroaches and bed bugs abound. They won't take a check, only cash, which makes me question how much of their "not for profit" revenue goes to developing an environment conducive to recovery vs. payments to the "managers". Interestingly they found a way to take payments from food assistance cards, which I suspect in in violation of DES regulations regarding food assistance program.
