PIP-MHC is a private practice clinical psychology mental health group offering comprehensive psychological services. The team at PIP share a common therapeutic orientation in Contemporary Psychoanalytic approaches with a strong influence from Existential and Humanistic Theories. We will utilize whatever we feel will help the individual or family to make progress in their lives. The staff at PIP-MHC offers a wide range of mental health services to individuals, couples, marriages, families, and people of all ages. We believe that psychological services ideally need to be delivered in a safe, confidential atmosphere, and that psychotherapy is best done on an “open ended” basis; the length and type is determined mutually between doctor and patient. For these reasons, we do not work with any insurance companies (although we will provide any paperwork you need to request reimbursement from your insurance company). We are private pay only. We offer sliding scale fees for those in financial needs. Training and Education: Learning, growth, and development is a life-long process. The professional staff at PIP-MHC is engaged in ongoing training, supervisions, continuing education seminars, and weekly staff meetings. Confidentiality and privacy are strictly maintained, and the American Psychological Association Code of Ethics is adhered to and respected.
