I found the staff to be very RUDE & LACKED PROFESSIONALISM! I had an 8:30 a.m. appointment & people coming in after me were getting called back before me. When I asked after I had been sitting there for at least an hour had they forgotten me they were very RUDE! I was in my forties when I went there & have been getting Mammograms since I was 30 yrs. old. I have never had a Mammogram hurt before & it hurt for days after! The technician was very ruff & I hurt for days after! I would NOT recommend this place to my worst enemy! After this experience at The Womens's Radiology Center int Winter Park on Mills Avenue I would Not recommend this place to my worst enemy! I have not had any problems with pain on further Mammograms! Ladies & Gentlemen OVOID THIS PLACE!

While this facility may not be the most private, it is very professional. I am not looking to be babied, I want technicians who know what they are doing and doctors that have the latest equipment and training for this type of treatment. I have had nothing but very good treatment since I first started going many years ago. I am high risk for breast cancer and I would definitely recommend the Women's Center for Radiology on Mills Avenue in Orlando.

I had a mammogram at this location. This was my first visit there. I had a 2 pm appointment. I felt very much like a number from the moment I arrived. I signed in, the front staff were not rude —but they were not very warm either. The signin sheet showed more than six other people with 2 pm appointments. The reason I won't return was the lack of privacy. Nurse escorted me to a common room, filled to capacity with other patients waiting in pink hospital gown tops. I was told to enter the locker room disrobe, join everyone else & wait. It was very uncomfortable. The checkout/reception desk was right at the room entrance so coming and going you are passing reception and other patients remitting payments. Very awkward feeling. I related this story to other friends to see if it was odd or if it was me and I was assured that other places put you in your own exam room and are never in a common area after disrobing.I was asked to go back & have an ultrasound. I've made an appt elsewhere.

While I realize this is a center for women, it is amazing at how well they take care of you and make sure you are 100% comfortable. I've been going there for many years and will continue in the years to come.
