This place is terrible. Do not waste your time or money. My pedicure was a mess, and the lady cut my toenails at the corners for no reason and it looks a mess. On top of that the manicure they said could be done, was not able to be done and I asked to switch it and I was told I was wasting their time. This place is a joke and they are extremely rude! Go to Crystals (formerly Rihanna's in the UCF plaza if you want great service and a wonderful experience!)

Anyone in Orlando---NEVER GO TO VIP Nails NEAR WATERFORD!!! Terrible service--the guy cut my cuticle, still tried to finish even though I was bleeding like a stuck pig--my nails look like crap--they were "nice enough" to take 10 bucks off--are you kidding me??? BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!!!

Everyone there is really nice and speaks very good english (this is a plus because im very picky). I love how this place is CLEAN.. I noticed that they sterlize their tools instead of picking them out of a cabinet/drawer like some other places (and you have no idea if its clean or not). Everything is pre-packaged which is a relief because I don't have to bring my own stuff. it's a nice place to relax because the atmosphere is very tranquil. I would recommend my favorite tech but she's always booked!! The guys there are hilarious, I love this place :)

I went with my friend who was about 8 months pregnant at the time. We got the deluxe or ultimate pedicures and manicures. It was the best mani/pedi we had ever had. Give them a try. The facilities are gorgeous. They have massage chairs, fish tanks, and they offer you beverages. I highly recommend giving this nail salon a try. There are lots of nail salons in Orlando, but try this one and you will never go back to another one.
