Sami wants customers to be satisfied with his work, He always wants to be sure that you understand what he will do for you.
Always great repairs to shoes and leather goods. Also, he sews name tags and patches on jackets and vests, and his wife does leather apparel alterations.

Very pleasant business owner with reasonable prices. Every customer while I was there was happy, patient and seemed to have been long-term customers. My favorite part of the experience was that he dedicated his attention to the current customer. A fair process not like other places that start on the phone or try to help many people at once. Everyone knew the process. Would certainly go there again.

Excellent service. The sole of my shoe had come almost completely off and Sami glued it back on while I waited. It only took 20 minutes and cost me $5 (cash only), and the shoe is as good as new. I would definitely return for any future repairs and will recommend this shop any time.

Sami and his wife provide wonderful service in shoe repair and alteration. They are both so service minded and appreciative of their customers, I look forward to visiting them. Don't try anywhere else!
