Did not use, only delt with because they kept sending appointment reminders to my email address. Politely emailed the case manager back and told them they had the wrong email address that no such person was in my home. Never herd back, so thought that was the end of it. Then, the next morning I received another email for a different person. This time I called them directly, was given the run-around before being transfered to the case manager. I told her that I had emailed yesterday regarding the wrong email address and that I again receieved an email for a different person - she was rude and said she confirmed the address twice and that it was correct. I asked her to remove my email address from their system. She said that it must have been a clerical error and hung up on me. Good luck dealing with this company.
