Ok first of all I live about 45 minutes away from this dry cleaners so it is a bit of a drive but I would not want to go anywhere else!! Janet is the most sincere person I have met! She truly cares about her customers and tries to do the best she can to make the person happy. She has done a amazing job on my mom's wedding dress, my Marine Ball dress, and now my wedding dress. My wedding dress is even a very specific fabric which makes it hard to do alterations to it. The dress I had was a little big and even Davids bridal wouldn't take a chance on making it smaller but Janet did! She made my dress fit so perfectly I couldn't be more happy with it! If you are looking for a good place to do alterations and dry cleanings there is no other place I would go, here is the best!

Monica's cleaners is not a very pleasant or professional place to do business. They, Janet, are rude and very quick to blame the customer for their mistakes. They lie about who they are and think they can bully the customer. Do not trust them with your valuable items as they don't care about you nor your items. If you want a comforter washed, sure. If you want your high quality items cleaned or altered, I recommend you go somewhere else. It's not worth dealing with such ignorant business owners who would rather insult you than to admit to their own mistakes. That's just my advice. I wouldn't waste time commenting if it weren't true. Thank you. I didn't even want to give them one star but I had to unfortunately.
