I took my presser foot into this guy to get a zig-zag foot of the same kind. He kept my 35 year old foot and gave me a poor quality part in return along with a similar poor quality zig-zag foot. When I questioned it, he told me to "trust him". Never take anything in there without it being marked for identification before he gets his hands on it because you will never see it again. He told me $6 for the zig-zag foot and when it came time to pay, it went to $7.

I just purchased a consew industrial machine from Joy Sewing Machines. Jose was very informative. Demonstrated the machine thoroughly and made sure I understood everything completely before I left. I didn't realize until we left that he had stayed over an hour after closing to help me. Thank you Jose!
