THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! NEVER RENT HERE!! DISHONEST, RUDE, WRETCHED!! They have continued to charge my card 3x after returning the car. UNAUTHORIZED charges!!!

DO NOT GO THERE EVER! Their cars are to old, their prices do not match with prices displayed on their website, and at the end you pay much more than you expect. The owner is totally rude, and she only wanna know about money. Tolls are not included and you have to pay them as you drive. It is little enterprise, not very known, located in a Hotel close to the airport, but in the middle of nowhere. ZERO stars!

Don't rent here!! The will still your money, they sole mine because I terminated the contract as soon as I saw the bad conditions of the vehicles.... Don't come here ever .... Zero stars

BAD. The costumer service is really bad! Cars are very old. Si usted habla español no llegue allí. El trato es pésimo. Los carros están en muy mal estado, cuando hicimos la reservación nos dijeron una cantidad y cuando llegamos a la oficina una completamente distinta. Si usted quiere pasar unas buenas vacaciones no llegue a Best rate car rental. NO SIRVE. Zero Stars

Zero Stars! Agent spoke with heavy foreign accent. Required a credit card to hold reservation, which I gave. I then asked if there was a cancellation fee; was told they would charge $50 to cancel (despite yellow pages statement of no hidden fees). When I said I did not want to rent under those conditions, agent said the fee would apply. When I objected, she hung up on me.

I was in a hurry to rent a car & they offered a great rate and took my visa debit card for payment.
