The guys did a great job. They showed up right on time and were in and out in under an hour. Carpets looked great and the price was exactly as advertised. Both the guys were well spoken and explained everything they were doing. I felt comfortable with them in my home. I would definitely recommend their service.

I have used Carpet Care Plus on many occasions and every time they have provided excellent service from cleaning my carpets and floor rugs to cleaning my sofa and vehicle upholstery. Larry and his team have done such a great job for our family and clients with all of our rugs. We had the worst area rug that got sent out to the garage because it was so badly decorated from our 2 dogs. We were going to throw it away, but Larry said that he could get it to smell like new...and he did! I would remommend anyone or business to use Carpet Care Plus. This company is very rude & extremely unprofessional! They constantly had schedule errors. This is extremely difficult because we are a family with three small children, I attend school full-time, and my husband is on his second tour in Iraq. They had to return when their job was not done correctly one time & the other two had their schedules mixed up!I have never had a company behave this way.

This company cleaned my home two times. The first time was okay except the cleaners showed up one hour early. The 2nd time was not good at all & the cleaners had to return to have the house redone. (they left stains & did not even move furniture, which is promised) My last visit was cancelled because again they had their schedule wrong! Very unprofessional, especially for a family that is on a very, very tight, strict schedule. I have three small children, I attend school full-time & with my husband being in Iraq, I simply do not have the time for a company to show up early or "accidently" schedule the wrong time, much less to have a carpet cleaning company to return after the job was not done correctly. I have never had ANY other company have so many scheduling issues, ever. I have used carpet cleaners in Virginia for the past 10 years & had not one issue. My last two conversations with them, they were extremely rude & unprofessional!
