Terrible service - absentee and abusive management - limited knowledge of immigration matters: Phone calls rarely go returned, staff is over worked and underpaid resulting in rudeness and impatience. The management is usually out of town and offers little to no training for staff. Management also makes no effort to ensure quality and consistency of work. No attorney on staff. No Spanish speaking immigration staff members. Pay an extra few dollars and hire an immigration attorney. It will save you time, money, and head aches in the long run.
