Cashier took payment and charged my credit card then refused to give me my order unless I paid another $5.00 as the Restaurant.com gift certificate is not valid on the "Specials." However, without my knowledge, I didn't know I ordered a "special" as it was not listed on their menu and the cashier didn't advise me at the time of ordering. They wouldn't honor the original take out order and placed the blame on me for the Restaurant.com gift certificate. They also still shorted me my items ordered. Definitely no customer service to please the customer or make it right. Will NEVER be back and will advise friends and family on South Side to avoid this restaurant and use the Golden Chicken on Howell & Puetz instead.

My delivery order arrived wrong. No biggie I called to have my order fixed and spoke with the most rudest manger ever! Don't think I will order from them again! Even though the food is great....

The food is great and the delivery is fast, as far as people complaining about service, I have no issues for one the place is busy the person taking your order isnt going to hang out on the phone with you to chat and the delivery drivers are trying to get there jobs done and get tips so dont expect them to come in and set up a buffet with your order for you
