Easy and fast pick up. Nice service, great quote and no additional surprises. $200 additional charge was security deposit (happens in most rental) and had my money back in 3 days!

The worst customer service - eye rolling, unhelpful young woman. Guy working with her looked like a meth addict. The deal was $119 - wound up costing $320 with no warning, she tells me it was in the confirmation info, I told her no it wasn't. She said look again - I bring it out and show her every bit of info I received... she said "I've looked and it's there." She then told me that I didn't have to rent with them, that there are other options. All the while, I'm clearly hurt from the car accident that put me in front of her in the first place. I'm now out $200 dollars and really feel like I should have left the car there and just bused my family for the week.
