At the top of the menu is oysters. However, are not available to eat. Why is that?

Was in town on business and went to the establishment because someone recommended it and was a patron of the bar. The service was great.
However, when I returned home and was going through my receipts I noticed I was over charged $15 in alcohol shots that we never received and the waiter, Taylor, after contacted, admitted that he had "accidentally" added an extra $10 to his tip. The owner was present when he admitted to doing so yet still chose to believe, even though Taylor admitted to forging the tip line on the receipt, that Taylor would not be untruthful about the amount of shots. Taylor offered to give the tip back but the obviously inexperienced owner wasn't a smart business man and refused to refund the overage I was charged for the shots. Instead of wasting my time having my bank fight for the refund, I chose to take advantage of the Internet and word of mouth. Now that I am a regular in Memphis and a business owner myself, guess where I DON'T take my clients.?.?. I know for a fact they have lost the money that was stolen from me by at least 100 fold, if not more.
What goes around comes around and Karma is alive and well!
Please double check your receipts people, this is becoming more of an epidemic than ever. Just an FYI for those who work hard for their money and recognize that every penny counts.
