I love this place. Staffs are nice and professional. They fixed '07 Acura MDX which had engine check light, transmition light, airbag light and passenger airbag beeping noise from a different shop which drove me crazy. Thank you very much. I will refer my family and friends to this shop in the future.

If I could attach a negative score to this business, I would in a heartbeat. The professionalism that should be seen in a business place is completely non-existent. Let me preface my review with, "All the work this company was doing was already pre-paid for by the company who sold us the vehicle."

Rockford was sent our truck with a laundry list of things to fix, with each item extremely detailed and spelled out. They kept the truck for two weeks and managed to "fix" a few things but make the window issue worse. They claimed they had no idea what was wrong with it.

We took is back, as instructed by where we purchased the vehicle, so they could fix the window and cruise control. Once again, we explained the part that was broken (pretty much told them step by step how to fix it). They called to ask more questions about what was wrong, and we told them again. We called and left more detailed notes. We were told on a Friday that the part they needed was in, and the truck would be fixed and ready Saturday morning/afternoon. I called Saturday morning to be sure it would be finished and they assured us it would. Based on how little they fixed the first time and how long they had the vehicle, we headed out early.

When we arrived, we said we were there for a pick-up. We were immediately told it was not ready and would not be ready (even though they knew we had to have it back). When they insisted they had no idea what was wrong with it, I reminded them they had known for three weeks and several days what needed to be fixed. When the owner (come to find out), Fred, was embarrassed because he could not get anything past us, he proceeded to yell that we could take the truck and called my husband an f-ing a$$hole when he thought we were out of ear shot.

During the time they were putting the door panel back on, they undid all the "work" they did the previous day. They took out the new window they put in and replaced it with the old and proceeded to make the window worse. One of the workers walked us to the truck to let us know of an issue. Because they "did not have the part/time they needed to fix it" the door handle would not function properly. They scratched the tint on the window, the window no longer rolls down, and the door does not lock. So, they managed to take something that was 10% broken and make it 100% unusable and worse.

I wanted to return and ask in person about all of this. I opted instead, for a simple phone call. Fred, THE OWNER, answered the phone. When I asked why they had undone their work and made the issue worse, he proceeded to tell me I had an "attitude problem", that he didn't f-ing work for me, and that he didn't give an sh*t if we came back to get it fixed or not. He insisted he was doing me a "favor". Making my vehicle less drivable and safe and in worse condition than when you received it, is NOT doing me a favor!

After being cursed up and down for two plus minutes, I hung up. I will never return to this business by choice or if someone wants to send our truck there. I will also insist that no one else waste their time or money either. Had I been the one paying for all this work, I would have been calling a lawyer. A business owner should never own a business if you do not know what you are doing, are cheating people out of their money, and when you feel it necessary to cuss at any of your customers, especially a woman.
