July 15. Party of four.. My meal, a rib eye steak, was not a rib eye. It was t a larger cut of the cheaper "steak special". I complained to the manager and she assured me that "The little edge of fat" proved it was a rib eye. My father was a butcher and I know the characteristics of a rib eye. I placed a cut of the "rib eye" next to the special and they were the same. The manager never returned to the table. We paid for the meal and I had to hunt down the manager. She would say, "I don't want you to leave unsatisfied" but she continued to insist that her cook had not made a mistake. Very disappointed in quality of the meal and the attitude of the manager. Replacing the wrong order with "another like it" is not an acceptable answer. I don't think we'll be returning.

We love Outback, and this location is a good one. The service is typically very good (we've only ever experienced 1-2 "off" nights) and if anything is wrong they are quick to fix. Most of the servers have great attitudes, as well, and like to joke around and make you feel welcomed.

It can be a little chilly in the restaurant (okay, it actually feels more like the Arctic instead of the Outback) so bring a jacket or sweater. And be prepared to wait; like every restaurant in he Louisville area, it's almost always packed! The Alice Springs Chicken and yummy bread are well worth the wait, though.
