I came here to get an oil change, & tire rotation & tires checked because I was going on a road trip. My tire was sliced & they circled it in white but didn't tell me. I noticed the white circle & brought it back. They put a new tire on for free. They made it right. It could've turned out very bad, but they cared & made right on their mistake!

Do not trust this place. I was there many years ago for tires, and when I wasn't looking, the mechanics raised up my hood just to sabotage the car. When I caught them with the hood up it was too late. To be honest, Louisville has very few honest mechanics.

The manager was very helpful, friendly and courtious, He knew alot about tires and cars. The mechanics in the shop were also friendly and ready to help with any need. They all work fast and professional. I highly recommend this place of business.
