I have been a customer at this pawn shop over 5 years. I had my deceased grandma's ring in there and EVERY single month I would get a notice to pay by such and such date and last month I did not receive anything and I called to see what was going on as I have not had one day off since OCT and have been working a minimum of 12 hours a day up to 21 and it slipped my mind. The jerk on the phone tells me its gone. I say go where he says its been shipped out to be destroyed. WHAT!! The back of the ticket says they cannot get rid of your item without 10 days notice which I NEVER recieved ANYTHING. The manager was of no help either. He looked at me and heartlessly says there is nothing he could do about it. I am so heartbroken and DEVASTATED that I trusted this business with my most cherished belonging and they made ZERO attempt to contact me before just shipping my item off to be DESTROYED!!! I would have never in a million years just not pick up my ring. I would have paid triple
