STAY AWAY THEY LIE EVEN WHEN CAUGHT took 3 contacts to corporate for them to say sorry & offer nothing. Pulled up to get my car to find the hood up & them jumping some old truck. The breakaway person at the car said o I'm sorry I left the dome light on we ar jumping it to start it. The manager inside said sorry about that we don't have a jumper & that mans truck broke down so somebody is lying. Thought I would save money at a brake place end result was about $80.00 more than an estimate I got from an all around shop 2 weeks earlier but I had dot get it done the day after I dropped it with Breakaway.. I contacted corporate 3 times about the blatant lie & that they were using customer property as a jump vehicle. First 2 emails went unanswered the 3rd got a reply of sorry we will tell them they should not use customer cars as jumpers.

Manager of the Bardstown Rd location gave me a great deal on front brakes for my van, new pads and pushed the rotor replacement cost back to the supplier. Good service, treated me right.
