Been taking a couple of months off from reviewing this shady place, but with my time off it seems as though a couple of other people aren't too happy about with them. As always, when someone give a bad review they are always back peddling and making lame excuses. They don't need someone to try to make themselves look bad, they do a pretty good job at doing it on their own

This place is the worst place in Louisville to take your vehicle. They know nothing about vehicles and have zero skills dealing with customers. They claim to do Uber inspections but they will charge you $35 to do it, when you can go across the street to Meinike and have it done for free.

Very knowledgeable, a pleasure to do business with. This was my first experience with this family owned business, and I will be back.

Nothing but good things to say about this place. They were very knowledgeable, and the bill was actually less than what they quoted me. I will be going back to Automotion for future repairs.

Stay away from this place folks, if you happen to go here make sure you keep one hand on your wallet and your eyes on the employees', one, they will take any and all the money that you have on you, they will make up things that are wrong with your vehicle and they will also not fix your vehicle and then say bad things about you on Facebook and other websites. They have zero customer satisfaction skills and don't care anything about the customers. If you try to give them constructive criticism on Facebook or any other websites they will tell you how little you know about vehicles. This place has to keep barb wire fences around their property due to the fact of all they people that are dissatisfied with them...as I've said before, if I can convince one person to stay away from this shady place, then all these reviews are worth it monthly.

Great place to take your car, they are very thorough, and fixed me up fast.
