I went here on a Monday at 3:00. I've now been sitting here for 20 minutes while they sweep the floor. My kids didn't come here to hear the music turned off and to be told they can't skate. My time and money are valuable and Sparkles in Lawrenceville doesn't care about either. The manager rolled her eyes at my husband when he asked why the music had to be turned off too. She said it was "for our safety" yet she turned it back on immediately. So much for our safety. I guess the manager must have had a headache or something and just wanted the music off. Never mind what the paying customers wanted. I spent $70 dollars here and I will never make that mistake again. This is no way to successfully run a business. Today could have been a great day for my family but the manager at Sparkles ruined that for us. We won't be going back.

I've been going to this rink for six years. The management has gone down hill. No consistent floor guards and the music on Monday nights is geared hip hop or R&B. Unlike what their website says DJ does not take play request. What use to be an upbeat play to skate with decent skating music is not there anymore.

Recommend!!!! Spent a fun day with my Grand children. We all had great FUN! When the kids were hungry we ordered Pizza and a pitcher of soda. Delicious! .( not to mention>good value) Everyone, from the front door to the skate rental to the young Woman who served the food was so polite and helpful! Will definitely do this again and again!

Sparkles is great for families. We had so much fun and can't wait to return!!

If they curse at my children, thats when they'll be taken down!!!!!

"Staff children" are allowed to rule the rink and use profanity toward younger children.
