I was with Heather Zana for a termination of parental rights case. These people didn't return phone calls and it would take two or three emails before I would get a response. They missed a court date because they overlooked something and then tried giving me a false excuse as to why it was overlooked. They never filed the paperwork notifying child support of the termination of rights. They terminated their representation of me without verifying that everything was satisfactory. I will NOT recommend these people to anyone that wants quality legal services!

thief

Not sure why all the good reviews. She charged and billed us thousands of dollars in ridiculous fees and says I owe her thousands more. We never even went to court and everything dragged on for months. I ended up leaving this lawyer. Run from this lawyer cause she will bill you for every email, phone call and basically any little thing she does and it will cost you thousands where theres no real work involved. She did nothing for my case and always ignored my calls and emails. Terrible lawyer.

In on Monday done by Friday - WOW

I contacted Zana Law Offices on a Monday morning and explained to Mrs. Zana that I wanted a divorce and that neither my wife nor I would contest it. My first question was "how long will it take". Mrs Zana would'nt give me a time frame, she said 'there are a number of variables she could'nt control" but that based on what I had explain she would get it done as soon as she could and she thought it could be completed quickly. I received paper work the next day and my "X" reviewed the paper work with her attorney on Wednesday, The paper work was returned to me on Wednesday afternoon and given to Zana Law that same day. I received word Friday, five days from my first visit, that the divorce was final. I can't thank Zana Law enough. Oh yes and the price was right! Thanks again Zana Law.

Understanding and Sympathetic

I called to get information for my current situation, I was stressed and scared. The woman who answered the phone was very knowledgeable and willing to answer my questions and even look up my case. Everyone else I called wouldnt even talk to me without charging a ridiculous fee. I am defintely going to use this attorney to handle my case. In this time, its nice to know that someone actually cares and can help me out.
