The Good: Matt, lead contractor, and his subcontractors were extremely helpful and professional during our brief encounter.

The Bad: Daniel, interior designer and owner, was excessively unprofessional when he read us a prepared rant from his iPad. This was followed by Daniel throwing a contract on our table demanding $5850 to create an estimate. The contract contained a non-disclosure clause that would prevent us writing this review if we signed.

The apparent slight that prompted Daniel's rant was that we had an initial appointment with Matt to review our project. With no advanced notice Daniel shows up instead of Matt, and having no idea who the man was we did not let him into our home.

We do not recommend Desired Space.
