Don't tan here. We only wanted one month. Got stuck with two months because you have to cancel one month prior. We were never told this! So tired of businesses ripping off people we DO NOT recommend this place very unprofessional

I agree with Horribles comment.....Employees are not trained well enough and left to fend for themselves....corporate management is a joke and could are less about their employees and they are also way overpriced for one tan....will not recommend to anyone....I guess thats why they hire teenagers so they can keep moving onto other employees instead of training the right people properly so they dont have the turnover and customer service they need...

I wanted a tan for a event in 2 weeks, explained 2 the girl I don't no when I was moving, the $ were high for just 1 tan she talked me into a month 2 month package, I voiced it 2 her a few times about the move and even said R u sure I can cxl this at any time she said any time! stil felt I was saving $ in the long run bc 1 tan is pricey, the time came 2 cxl my membership & i called i was told 2 email corp bc she was new i emailed twice and got no response,sure enough they would not forget to charge me again,I called & explained to the customer serv, i explained, all she kept saying was how I signed and was extremely rude, I told her I signed up & was told I can cxl at any time but her employees did not inform me of a 30 day Cxl, when I was explaining then employees should b aware of the contract they r having people sign her response was its not there job! I told her i don't have a copy of what i signed she said that was also my responsibility, I was lied 2 $ tricked shady company! And even corporate does not care about customer service! The people that have working there are unhelpful, I wish I stayed at my local tanning place where they at least new there job!
