Alberto insists on billing me for service 24/7 pools is not providing. My service has been skipped multiple times, no chemicals added, or just a poor cleaning but he insists on getting paid for substandard service. I have addressed these issues with him, and he has taken no action to fix the problem.

Came to replace my pump shaft seal, which is a pretty basic job, and cracked BOTH sides of the flanges on the pump pot when he put it back together. I've had a pool for 25 years, and NEVER seen this. Now I have to replace my whole pump. An $85 job that I hired someone to 'treat' myself so I didn't have to do the work has turned into a $750 job. And now, surprise, they don't respond to my email. I have been in town 35 years, worst service I've ever had on anything. Said he is licensed, but I've since looked it up, and no record with the state. Buyer beware.
