From setting up the appointments, to the exam and all the way through acquiring hearing aids, Dr Sally and her staff were professional, friendly, and helpful. My doctor referred me to Bridgewater for a hearing test and hearing aids. I did NOT want to wear hearing aids. Dr. Baerman explained my hearing to me and fit me with Oticon hearing aids. I now can hear sounds I have not heard in years and can hear my grand daughters. She really took the time to help me understand hearing loss and how my hearing aids can help me.
