Called House of Flowers today and ordered a basket of flowers to be delivered SAME DAY. Not only did they accomplish this efficiently the flowers were beautiful! I will use them again.

Terrible. Did not receive anything at all. They took my money and ran. Avoid at all costs

It has been many yrs since i went there but they were the nicest people. And their flowers were well priced. I will run by on friday and pick up some roses and update my review.

I received one dozen red roses that died in less than 24 hours and the owner told me she was not responsible for flowers left unattended. I can't watch my flowers 24 hours a day. She also told me that my fiance did not pay very much for the flowers, even though I know he did, and when I mentioned that to her she said "Well we didn't make as much on these flowers as we usually do." The web site has a 100% satisfaction guarantee but House of Flowers failed to live up to that guarantee and was nothing but rude to me. I would NOT recommend House of Flowers to anyone.
