This place is not recommended for rental period. Babara dance studio rental is a ripoff! She took my deposit after we did all the cleaning. We found out this is her trait. This is call stealing!!!! I can't recommend my dog to rent this place ever!!!! I am going to take legal action right away. Several renters I spoke with after telling the same story that she stole their deposit.
